I do my utmost to provide quality prints and images to my customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me (maedbhryan@gmail.com) within 30 days.

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your order.  Please return your item unusued and in the same condition as you received it. If the product is damaged or missing, please contact me within 30 days. 

Some products can't be returned. These products are:

REFUNDS

Once the item is returned it will be inspected and you will be notified via email within 1 - 2 business days that the returned item has been received, and whether or not it qualifies for a refund.

If the return is approved, you will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. The time it takes for you to receive the credit will depend on the your credit card issuer's policies. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning your product. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

SALE ITEMS - unfortunately, refunds can not be offered for items on sale. 

EXCHANGES

If your item arrives damaged or your order is wrong, you will be eligible for an exchange with the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.
